Nana Yanful is a lawyer in Toronto, offering services in criminal and administrative law.

In her practice, Nana combines a social justice perspective with solid legal analysis. Nana will tirelessly dedicate herself to your case, by building a strong defence against the charges you or your loved ones may face.
Before starting her own practice, Nana completed her articles at the Superior Court of Justice in Brampton as a Judicial Law Clerk. Assisting judges at the busiest courthouse in the province added to the practical legal experience that Nana gained working at the Community Legal Aid Clinic in Windsor, and at the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee in Toronto.
Nana graduated from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in 2013 and attended New York University, School of Law as a Visiting Student in the spring of 2013. She was awarded various leadership and academic awards throughout law school. Before entering the legal profession, Nana spent three years working as a diversity and equity educator across the GTA, and worked in Ghana, West Africa on a gender empowerment project with The Centre for Gender Studies and Advocacy.
Nana has a special interest in addressing racial injustice within the criminal justice system, with a focus on police brutality and racial profiling issues. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Criminal Lawyers' Association, the Law Union of Ontario, and the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers.
